Homebound Ministry - If you see a way you can help with this ministry or would like the church to be aware of people who might benefit from a visit, please leave a voice mail message at the church office, and a homebound ministry volunteer will contact you.
Keenagers - Our Keenagers are very active with an event planned each month for senior adults. We participate in a lot of day trips, and sometimes plan events at the church, such as games, music and fellowship meals. Whatever is planned there is always a sweet spirit within the group. Teamwork is really displayed as we show Christian love and support for each other. All events involve wonderful fellowship, fun, and food. So much fun happens as the “Keenagers” find they feel like “Teenagers” again!
Preschool through Grade 6 - Children are very important at Union Grove. We offer a variety of activities for both pre-schoolers and children in school.
Extended Session – Childcare for children through 3 years of age during the Sunday morning worship service.
Children’s Church – guides children in grades K-5 in understanding and experiencing meaningful worship in their own setting.
Deacons - Supporting Families
Our deacons strive to have a positive impact on those whom they serve. Their efforts are modeled after the servant-hood of Jesus when he picked up a towel and basin and washed the feet of the disciples. Our deacons serve as disciples of Jesus Christ for those with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
We support many local, state, national and worldwide mission projects and offerings throughout the year.

Bible study is an integral part of church life at Union Grove. We offer classes for Bible study and ministry for all ages and groups.
Sunday School classes are planned for all ages and you are invited to become involved in any way you feel led. Classes vary from lessons from printed curriculum with discussions of how Biblical principles are applied in today’s world. We need people to lead in praising and promoting the Gospel. Our children are assigned to classes according to their age.
The Arbor Sunday School Class meets in Fellowship Hall, and one additional adult class meets in the education building. The children’s class also meets in the education building.
The UGBC Adult Choir has the incredible privilege of leading the church family to worship each week in the Sunday morning worship services. This group is made up of volunteers who have a love for the Lord, a heart to serve and are committed to using their talents to praise His name.
The choir meets on Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 9:45 am in the Sanctuary. Our rehearsals are a great time of fellowship, worship, prayer, encouragement and training as we prepare spiritually and musically to be our best!
