Homecoming Reminder

This weekend is our 100th anniversary at Union Grove. This is an exciting time for our church. It gives us an opportunity to reflect on everything that has happened in the last 100 years and look forward to the future 100 years. We will be having a celebration of this event on Saturday and Sunday. Tell your friends and family and any past, present, or future members of UGBC to come and enjoy great fellowship. Listed below is a list of events that will be going on on Saturday and Sunday. We hope to see everyone there and even new faces that can start a new set of 100 years with us at UGBC.

Genesis 1:31

God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning-the sixth day.

The earth is good, beautiful, yet now fallen. How do you view the earth? Many times we portray the world around us as evil, yet the creation’s original intent was good. So good that it still can reveal to us God’s eternal power and divine nature. Don’t avoid the world around you, for God created it, but don’t make the creation the end in itself, for God has sent the gospel to help us see the creation in its proper place – good, beautiful, yet fallen.
